Every room has a mood. Own it.

We're a communication consultancy for founders, academics, and leaders. Using psychological science, we help move people from one state to another.

Some people seem to just nail it.

They walk into a room and the vibe shifts. Their pitches land, their teaching resonates, and their message spreads. Audiences leave feeling differently, thinking differently, and acting differently.

But it's not magic. It's not charisma. And it's not something you're born with.

It's a craft. It's completely ownable.

And it starts with mood.

Mood Communication exists for people who have something worth saying and are done watching weaker ideas get more attention. You have the knowledge. It's time to make it move.

Person speaking

Become unforgettable.

Drawing on psychological science, behavioural research, and emotional intelligence, we work with people anywhere in the world across three pillars.

I.

Feeling.

Design, branding, and storytelling. The emotional atmosphere your ideas create before you've said a word.

II.

Thinking.

Frameworks, strategy, and message. The clarity that makes a complex idea impossible to misunderstand.

III.

Doing.

Coaching, presentation skills, and delivery. The moment your idea hits the room, and the action that follows.

An audience

For those who have something worth saying.

Founders.

You know the venture has huge potential, but something isn't landing with your pitch.

Academics.

You may be the world's expert on your topic, but the level of influence just isn't there.

Leaders.

Your ideas keep getting lost in translation. You need emotional buy-in, not just insight.

Meet Nathan.

Dr Nathan Jones

Dr Nathan Jones spent twenty years wondering why brilliant people struggle to make their ideas move.

As a junior graphic designer, Nathan watched founders fumble the pitch they’d spent years preparing for. Academics whose life’s work couldn’t be understood by anyone outside their field. Leaders who had the best intentions, but couldn’t bring others on the journey.

The ideas were brilliant. The communication wasn’t. It didn’t sit right... so he went looking for answers.

Along the way, he somehow became one of Australia's leading commercial voice artists, representing the world's biggest brands and heard by millions of people every single day. He was the guy who told you "the burgers are better at Hungry Jack's", became the promo voice of Nickelodeon, MTV, and Channel 11, and branded the Nova, KIIS, and Hit radio networks nationally.

Intrigued by the power of communication, he undertook a PhD in Experimental Psychology at the University of Adelaide, where he researched mood and how people actually process emotional concepts in real time. He took those findings to the stage at TEDx, SXSW, and the World Congress on Positive Psychology, while building EQ6 Global, a leadership framework now used across Australia and beyond.

And through it all, he kept coming back to the same conclusion:

There is nothing more important than being seen, heard, and understood.

The secret? Owning the mood. And not only is it something that can be taught… it's the only thing that makes a good idea move.

You already have what it takes. Let's make the room feel it.
